By accessing or using Spree Casino, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms include an arbitration agreement and class action waiver.

1.3 Modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
2.2 Permitted Jurisdictions. You may only use the Service if you are physically located in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). However, participation in Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Specifically, you are prohibited from playing Spree Casino games if you are a resident of Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, or Montana.
2.3 Account Creation. You are allowed to create only one (1) User Account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Virtual Currency.
2.4 Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.
3.1 Two Currencies. Spree Casino operates with two distinct types of virtual currency:
3.2 No Monetary Value. Virtual Currency is licensed to you, not sold. You do not own the Virtual Currency, and it does not represent any real-world currency or property.
3.3 Expiration. We reserve the right to expire any Virtual Currency in an inactive account. An account is deemed inactive if you have not logged in or played any games for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days.
4.1 Purchases. You may purchase Gold Coins using the payment methods available on the Service (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). Purchases of Gold Coins are final and non-refundable.
4.2 Payment Security. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method used. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions, and your payment information is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
4.3 Chargebacks. If a payment is charged back or reversed, your account will be suspended immediately. You agree to reimburse us for any costs associated with chargebacks, including administrative fees. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities.
5.1 Sweepstakes Rules. All gameplay involving Sweeps Coins is subject to our official Sweepstakes Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5.2 Playthrough Requirement. Before any Sweeps Coins are eligible for redemption, they must be played through at least once (1x). For example, if you receive 10 SC, you must play 10 SC worth of games before any winnings derived from that play can be redeemed.
5.3 Redemption Thresholds. The minimum threshold for redeeming a prize is:
5.4 Redemption Limits. The maximum redemption amount for a single transaction is $10,000 USD. For residents of New York and Florida, the maximum redemption value for any single spin or play is limited to $5,000 USD, as per state regulations.
5.5 Verification (KYC). Before processing any redemption, we will require you to complete a verification process. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (e.g., utility bill), and potentially a selfie. We reserve the right to request additional information to comply with AML/CTF laws.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and code, is the property of Play Spree Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
8.1 "As Is" Basis. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
8.2 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spree Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9.1 Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury.
9.2 Class Action Waiver. You and Spree Casino agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
